Triangle Spirits

A neighborhood whiskey-focused cocktail bar and fried chicken kitchen in Fremont's historic triangle building, continuously operating since 1933. The space has evolved from diner to tavern to dive to its current incarnation, now run by owners Amber Davis, Kenji Jensen-Otsu, and Jason Jones since 2017.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with classic Americana food focused on exceptional fried chicken sandwiches with a delicate, brittle dredge and moist breast meat topped simply with lettuce, pickles, and mayo. Fresh and classic cocktails are backed by an impressive whiskey list. The triangle building itself is an icon in Fremont.
