A plant-based bar, record shop, and restaurant in Capitol Hill's Pike Flats building, named as a nod to David Bowie. The space is built around a stunning 6,000 vinyl record wall where you can curate your own soundtrack while eating, drinking, and shopping.

The entire food menu is 100% vegan, serving comforting bar classics: burgers, fish tacos, cauliflower wings, and disco fries done plant-based. The cocktail and non-alcoholic drink programs are equally ambitious, with strong cocktails and elaborate zero-proof options. You can request vinyl selections until 7pm daily.

The record store vibe was carefully curated by four Seattle music scene veterans and hospitality powerhouses, including KEXP DJ John Richards. Located at 722 E Pike St, this is where music, food, and community intersect. Life on Mars proves that exceptional cocktails and high-quality food can be entirely plant-based.
