The Majestic Butterfly Lounge

This intimate hotel bar seats about 11 people inside the Hotel Majestic, an elegant turn-of-the-century boutique property built in 1902. The hotel proudly holds the title of San Francisco's oldest and longest operating hotel, with well-preserved early 20th-century architecture throughout.

Named for the tropical butterfly and rare insect collections adorning its walls, this tiny lounge crafts refreshing cocktails made with fresh fruits, mixes, and sometimes live smoke. Skilled bartenders passionately prepare creative drinks with high-quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations.

Located off the hotel lobby at 1500 Sutter Street in the vibrant Cathedral Hill neighborhood. Open Tuesday-Saturday 5pm-11pm. It's San Francisco's best in libation, served in an intimate vintage setting.
