Note: Voysey permanently closed. This 50-person private cocktail bar was located in the basement of Loyal Legion, named in homage to the architect who inspired the building and the Voysey building in London. The speakeasy was accessed by following a red light down a stairway at the back of Loyal Legion, creating a truly hidden entrance. Designed with burgundy walls, antique furniture, and Art Deco-style elements, Voysey featured intimate seating and a distinctly vintage vibe. Run by veteran female bartenders and managers, the bar served personal cocktail recipes and creative twists on classics. Though no longer operating, Voysey demonstrated how true speakeasies thrive on secrecy and atmosphere.
