Victoria Bar is a roomy 5,000-square-foot cocktail bar from the Lightning Bar Collective in North Portland. The space brims with character: distressed wooden benches, a massive painting of the Lusitania, an Astroturfed patio. Bartender Lisa Hare creates custom cocktails riffing on The Princess Bride, including the cardamom-accented Inigo Montoya and the IPA-spiked Six-Fingered Man.
