Scotch Lodge
Scotch Lodge is a playfully modern whiskey bar curated by owner Tommy Klus with an emphasis on about 300 domestic and international whiskeys. The bar is almost invisible from the street except for a small sign, and entry involves descending a narrow staircase into a small, warmly lit, and intimate room. Tommy's approach to cocktails defies tradition by shaking whiskey with citrus, creating tropical concoctions and smart reimaginings rather than sticking to stirred and boozy conventions. The menu from Chef Tim Artale offers Pacific Northwest-inspired small bites. Named as a James Beard nominee for Outstanding Bar in 2025, Scotch Lodge proves that great cocktails come from creativity and respect for quality spirits.
