Deadshot was a groundbreaking cocktail bar where bartender Adam Robinson listed drinks as vague one-word ingredients with no brand names, glassware, or drink style, designed to unleash patron imagination. The industrial space held about 50 seats where advanced techniques like centrifuges created unique drinks. Robinson's style was shaped by his work at Taipei's Ounce speakeasy. Condé Nast Traveler included it in their 2018 list of Portland's thirteen best bars.
