Little Dipper opened in May 2024 on West 30th Street in Chelsea as New York's first astrology-themed cocktail bar. The basement space has a dazzling LED star ceiling, constellation maps on the walls, and blue velvet throughout. Each of the twelve cocktails corresponds to a zodiac sign and is built around flavor profiles meant to reflect that sign's character. The Aries drink uses whiskey and green tea. The Leo is vodka with pineapple and ginger.

Tableside handroll sushi is served alongside the cocktails, which is a combination that works better than it sounds because the food is light enough not to compete with the drinks.
