The Sylvester is at 3456 N Miami Avenue in Midtown and was opened by Ben Potts and Brian Nasajon, the two Florida natives behind the well-regarded Beaker and Gray a few blocks away.

The room has flamingo wallpaper, mismatched furniture, tropical plants, and a pool table. Cocktails are built around local and sustainable ingredients and skew toward South Florida references. The Floradora is made with vodka, rosa aperitivo, raspberry, and hibiscus ginger soda. Bar snacks include a grilled cheese and a pastrami medianoche. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm.
