Dirty Laundry
Dirty Laundry is a basement speakeasy in Hollywood that claims the space was once used by Rudolph Valentino during Prohibition. The entrance is down a side stairwell next to the No Vacancy building, and access requires a nightly buzzer code posted on their social media. Once inside, there is no cell service, dim lighting, leather booths, and a neon sign at the entry. The back room has a dance floor where DJs spin deep house and hip-hop most nights. It gets extremely crowded on weekends and the space is small enough that it can feel claustrophobic when full. Wednesday nights are significantly more manageable and the cocktails hit the same either way.
