Sea Monster Lounge

A shoebox-sized bar, restaurant, and music venue in Wallingford opened on Halloween 2003 that breathes good times. The venue features the very best in Seattle funk, soul, and jazz Tuesday through Saturday, with free shows Tuesday-Thursday and paid shows thereafter.

Live music starts after 10pm most nights, and the place is famous among musicians for late-night jam sessions. Musicians run Sea Monster with genuine care about balance, leaving everyone satisfied. The covered outdoor patio extends the scene beyond the intimate indoor space.

Ten Northwest beers on tap, house liquor infusions, snacks, and games round out the experience. Located at 2202 N 45th St in Wallingford. Hours vary but generally 6-2pm on Saturdays and 7-2pm on weekdays. Sea Monster Lounge is where the Seattle music community gathers to celebrate the funkiest, soulful side of the city.
