Paper Fan Cocktail Bar is a hidden gem on the mezzanine of Biang Biang Noodles in Capitol Hill, serving tea-infused cocktails inspired by old Hong Kong. The bar seats just 18 people and incorporates vintage decor that transports you to 1920s Hong Kong, drawing inspiration from the owner's grandmother who sold paper fans on the streets. Handcrafted cocktails feature high-quality imported teas and top-shelf liquors including Baijiu and Japanese whiskey, creating a perfect balance of bold and subtle flavors.
