Cottontail is a cocktail bar, speakeasy, and private event space in Belltown owned by Jessica Gifford, who also owns other neighborhood gems like Bathtub Gin, Lava Lounge, and Rabbit Hole. The bar occupies one of the oldest buildings in the area, built in 1924, previously home to Seattle's iconic Sit & Spin music venue. Cottontail features unique decor that playfully combines Alice in Wonderland elements with an artsy Halloween twist. Expertly crafted cocktails rotate on the menu, complemented by live music, local art, and entertainment. The bar also offers board games and arcade fun. Open Monday through Thursday 5 pm to midnight, Friday-Saturday 5 pm to 2 am, and Sundays 5 pm to midnight.
