The Linden Room at Nightbird Restaurant celebrates the tradition of the American craft cocktail in an intimate, thoughtfully designed speakeasy-style setting at 292 Linden Street. The cocktail program emphasizes balance, seasonality, and sourcing from local markets. Led by Kim Alter's signature style, the bar team creates innovative craft cocktails using techniques like aging spirits and low-temperature infusions for bitters, tinctures, and liqueurs. First-come, first-served basis with no cocktail reservations accepted. Parties of up to 4 guests can be accommodated. Food at the bar available Tuesday-Thursday 5-8pm by reservation.
