Located at 83 1st Street near the Salesforce Tower, 83 Proof is a no-frills whiskey bar specializing in custom cocktails created to match each guest's preferences. The spirits collection is impressive: about 40 rye whiskeys, 120 bourbons, 60 miscellaneous American whiskeys, and an extensive scotch selection representing around 95% of Scottish distilleries. The modern, loft-like space welcomes all walks of life. Walk-ins and reservations accepted. Wheelchair accessible. Open Monday-Friday 2pm-2am, Saturday 5pm-1am, closed Sundays.
