Sonny's Cocktail Joint on South Street is a come-as-you-are bar where excellence shows up in every detail. Named after owner Chris Fetfatzes' mother, Sonny's crafts 13 draft cocktails including six sub-zero freezer mixes and nitro infusions, alongside eight draft beers and four wines. The kitchen backs up the bar program with buffalo blue cheese shrimp, truffle butter popcorn, smash burgers, and pizza topped with everything from seasonal greens to long hots and sausage. An inviting back patio offers relief on warm nights while the interior maintains a welcoming, unpretentious vibe. The bar reopened in 2026 after a near three-year absence, reclaiming its place in the Center City cocktail scene.
