Pearl Diver

Pearl Diver opened July 29, 2018, at 1008 Gallatin Ave in East Nashville as a fun Hawaiian-themed cocktail bar featuring a sophisticated take on the tiki bar concept. Sea foam green booths, tropical plants, palm tree wallpaper, and boat-like circular windows transport you to the islands. The decor includes seaweed-hued banquettes, island music, and a projector rolling old photos of Ernest Hemingway and surf films. The colorful outdoor patio offers a variety of seating including cabanas and a pool-like pit area. The extensive cocktail menu features both classic and contemporary creations expertly crafted by mixologists. Food menu items include oysters, Yuca fries, shrimp, egg rolls, wings, fish tacos, lo mein, yakitori, Cubano sandwich, big kahuna burger, pu pu platter, ama salad, and snacks like wasabi peas and plantain chips.
