ViceVersa is tucked off the lobby of The Elser Hotel at 398 NE 5th Street in Downtown Miami, and it was created by bartender Valentino Longo and the team behind Jaguar Sun. The concept is Italian aperitivo with a Miami lean.

The cocktail menu is organized by family: signatures, negronis, martinis, with some unusual inclusions like a Seasonal Negroni Punch that serves four people and an Affogato Martini made with house-spun pistachio ice cream. Food comes from the Jaguar Sun team and includes pizza and crudos. Open daily from 5pm.
