Drop of the Creator Spirits Co is a woman-owned distillery, brewery, and pizzeria on Chimney Rock Road founded by Lori Murphy. The business produces premium gin, vodka, Texas whiskey, and agave spirits, all available at the tasting room where you can enjoy unique cocktails made with their spirits. The name was inspired by Finnegan's Wake, but changed to Drop of the Creator as a nod to the founders' architecture backgrounds. The neighborhood spot welcomes families, offers fresh house-made pizza and bites, and great drinks. Open Wednesday and Thursday 3 PM to 10 PM, Friday 3 PM to 11 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 11 PM, Sunday 11 AM to 9 PM, closed Monday and Tuesday.
