Botonica is a craft cocktail bar celebrating the spirits and cultures of Latin America, located in River Oaks at the ground floor of SkyHouse apartments. Award-winning bartender Alexis Mijares created three menus showcasing Latin American flavors: the house menu, la huella liquida, and el camino de la margarita. Drinks like the Chamuyera blend rum, coffee, banana, and coconut, while the Desert Dove combines Bolivian brandy with St. Germain and guava. The tropical goth interior design is meant to feel like a topical gothic escape. Open Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday 4 PM to midnight, Friday and Saturday 4 PM to 1 AM.
