Bar Doko is an intimate Japanese cocktail bar in Autry Park with just 16 seats and a laser focus on hospitality. Opened in December, this venture by acclaimed chefs Daniel Lee and Patrick Leitham offers one of the largest collections of rare Japanese whiskies in Texas. The beverage program draws inspiration from Japan's six seasons and the circle of life, with six highballs, six cocktails, and four martinis on the signature menu. You'll find small bar snacks and amuse-bouche style bites rather than full meals. Open Sunday through Saturday 4 PM to 2 AM. Reservations are highly recommended given the tiny capacity.
