Dearly Departed

Dearly Departed is a stylish tapas and cocktails bar tucked into the basement of one of the infamous Olinger Mortuary buildings in Denver's LoHi neighborhood. The location is intentional. The space pays homage to the building's unique history while offering a forward-focused take on cocktails and food.

The intimate setting is perfect for creative cocktails paired with small plates like burrata, croquettes, oysters, meatballs, and NY strip. The artisanal drink program features spritzes and other carefully crafted offerings. There's something undeniably cool about sipping a sophisticated cocktail in a historic mortuary basement surrounded by moody, layered aesthetics.

Located at 1575 Boulder St in LoHi. Open Monday-Thursday 5pm-10pm, Friday 4pm-midnight, Saturday 4pm onwards.
