The Drop In is on Milwaukee Avenue in River West, a warm, wood-paneled neighborhood bar with craft cocktails and a short food menu. The standout is the NADC Burger, a Texas Wagyu collaboration with chef Phillip Frankland Lee that shows up in nearly every positive review.
It runs Sunday through Saturday, noon to midnight most days with earlier opening Thursday through Saturday. The kind of place that gets added to a regular rotation rather than a special-occasion list.
