The Bamboo Room sits at the back of Three Dots and a Dash, a 22-seat private space with its own two-person bartending team dedicated solely to that room. Getting a seat here means either booking in advance or catching it on a slower night. Most people book.

The focus is rum, specifically agricoles and unusual expressions that don't typically show up on tiki menus. Tableside pours, individually paced drinks, and a level of attention you don't get in the main bar. It's the more restrained version of the tiki experience downstairs, which doesn't mean less fun. It means more conversation and cocktails you'll actually remember.
