Sparrow is in a 1927 Art Deco building on Elm Street in the Gold Coast, a reimagining of the original lobby bar that once operated in the space. The interior takes a 1930s Cuban speakeasy as its reference point: botanical wallpaper, dim lighting, discrete seating tucked into corners.

The cocktails lean into Caribbean rum and tropical flavors, with ten rotating draft handles for beer. It runs until 2am most nights and 3am on Saturdays.
