Quality Time opened in 2022 on Diversey in Avondale from the team behind Bangers & Lace. The interior is wood-paneled and leather-boothed, a 1970s basement aesthetic that works because the drinks are serious enough to hold their own against the nostalgia.

The Rachel Goes to Saturn has Jamaican rum, passionfruit, and velvet Falernum. There's also a Frozen Vegas Bomb if you want to commit to the era. Weekend DJs lean into the theme. Open from 5pm on weekdays and 2pm on weekends.
