Nightcap is connected to Class Act restaurant but accessed separately, through a black door off the alleyway on Damen. There's no sign. The black fence on the sidewalk is the marker if you're looking for it.

The cocktails lean theatrical in presentation without being gimmicky about it. Smoky, layered drinks made for people who like something to look at as well as something to sip. It runs Wednesday through Sunday, with later hours on Thursday through Saturday. The kind of place that gets recommended quietly.
