Golden Teardrops is underneath Lonesome Rose in Logan Square, a basement bar that you reach by exiting the Tex-Mex restaurant, turning left on North Point Street, taking another left on West Henry Court, and descending a black metal staircase with a small gold-lettered sign at the bottom. The contrast between what's upstairs and what's down here is the point.

The walls and ceiling are covered in gold-veined mirrored tiles. A neon sign reads "WEDDINGS & FUNERALS." The Infatuation included it in their list of the best speakeasies and hidden bars in Chicago. It runs Thursday through Saturday from 7pm, closed the rest of the week.
